Whether it’s your favorite season or your favorite type of storm, TV13 wants you to create your own weather! Crayons, paints, pencil….. it doesn’t matter. All ages are welcome from toddlers to teens and a lucky drawing will be picked at random to be included on the 5:00 weathercast every Wednesday.
