It's a beautiful February day out there but that is about to change as we head through the afternoon. Here's what to expect for the Poconos and Valley. The Forecast from Friday's 5:00 PM Pocono Report has stayed the same...

- Expect clouds to move in quickly as we head through the afternoon.

- Snow will arrive in the late afternoon/early evening.

- The snow will fall at a rate of one inch per hour. It will have a hard time sticking to the main roads at first but that will change very quickly with the heavier snowfall rate.

Wayne and Pike: Expect a 2 to 4 inch snowfall with the possibility of slightly higher amounts. .

Schuylkill, Carbon, Monroe, Lehigh and Northampton: Anywhere from 3 to 6 inches can be seen with the possibility of some localized higher amounts.

This will be a noteworthy event due to how quickly the snow will start to come down.  if you have any travel plans this evening then you need to be prepared for rapidly changing conditions.

As quick as this storm comes... It is quick to leave. We have sunshine and above normal temperatures to talk about for Sunday.
